2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S Case No. 282 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 250 litre illicit liquor were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 87433 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 for bail of the petitioner.
6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and materials available on record it appears that petitioner is not arrested on the spot his name transpired in this case on the information provided by the arrested persons. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. II, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S Case No. 282 of 2025 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S.
