Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.112/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399/401 of the IPC and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.62984 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019.
