Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 396 of 2017, G.R.No. 2345 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that police on information that a person near the Hardware shop at Harchanda Chowk was standing for selling stolen motorcycle and when police reached there one accused who was trying to flee away on a motorcycle was apprehended by police, who disclosed that the motorcycle was given to him by the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against him and he

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of submission as stated above and disposed of on the same day, if possible, without being prejudiced by this order.
