The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 306 of 2017 registered under Sections 411/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioners were apprehended after chase by the local people with the stolen motorcycle. Submission is that petitioners were apprehended merely on the basis of suspicion and both petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have been in custody since 27.12.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Monu Kumar and Bittu Jha, are directed to be released on bail, after framing of charge, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st
