The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having fired and assaulted the informant resulting in injury to the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation of any overt act as against him and he is said to be a member of the mob. It is further submitted that no material has come in the case diary to connect the petitioner with the injury caused on the person of

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014.
