Case No. 660 of 2019, dated 25.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

268 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner, but the house is occupied by many other accused persons.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2019 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82412 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 some of the accused persons of this case have been granted bail.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 660 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
