JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019, yet he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has not been put on T.I.P. despite the fact that he is in custody since 30.07.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties
