The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S.Case No.648 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 302, 120B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are said to have assaulted by Garasi, causing injury to the brother of the informant and there is also allegation against one Sonu Pandey of firing on the deceased and so far petitioner no.3 is concerned, there is allegation of firing causing injury to one Vina Devi. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

No.81691 of 2019(6) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 that injury caused by the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is concerned that is not cause of the death rather case of the death is fire arm injury. So far injury to Vina Devi is concerned, injury report was not made available. All the petitioners are ladies and they are in custody for six months.

Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and considering the above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya P.S.case No.648 of 2019 with condition that they have to appear before the court below as well as trial court after commitment and co-operate in disposal of the trial, otherwise the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bond. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
