2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 379, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against coaccused Mithilesh Prasad. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11231 of 2024(3) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
