2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amahara P.S. Case No. 16/24 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. From the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased was treated for taking poison at Medanta Hospital, Lakhisarai. The petitioner is in jail since 07.05.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

4. It has also come during investigation that the husband and wife had quarreled and because of the quarrel, the deceased wife committed suicide.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
