Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 45/2018, registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that some students of the hostel came to demand Chanda from the informant, when he expressed his inability then one of the boys gave a rod blow which hit his one of the friends and the petitioner was apprehended at the spot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student, nothing has been recovered from his possession, there is no specific allegation against him and he is in custody since 19.01.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

No.22006 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Dhiraj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to this satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-7th-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7th, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018.
