2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 07.07.2022, in connection with S. Tr. No. 1338 of 2022 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 231 of 2022, FIR dated 05.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act were also added.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 163 of 2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has again moved for regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 81991 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 22.11.2024.

4. It appears from the impugned order itself that "During the trial prosecution evidence was concluded on 17.01.2024 and then statement of accused persons were recorded and after 24.02.2024. Today on 07.12.2024 defense evidence is also closed. Now the case record is at the stage of argument."

5. In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 1338 of 2022 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 231 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Masaurhi.

6. Prayer is refused.

7. However the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) ajay/- U T
