Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 57072 of 2017, which was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 14.12.2017 (Annexure-1). Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 494, 323, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pettiioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21606 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 petitioners are Bhaisur and Devar of the informant. Petitioners never made any demand of dowry nor tortured the informant. They are separate in mess and house from the husband of the informant. They have no concern with the affairs of the informant and her husband. Husband of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17457 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
