2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 238 and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 11.08.2025 at about 8 AM, all the 10 F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted and killed husband of informant by strangulation. It is alleged that all the accused persons wrapped rope around the neck of husband of informant as a result he

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Subi Devi and Balo Bhuiya. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegations and no specific accusation of overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is none else than own Gotni of the informant. Petitioner is a lady and having no criminal antecedent, she is in custody since 12.08.2025. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation, clean antecedents and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, District- Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 95 of
