2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have committed theft of a tempo.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and the petitioners are in custody since 31.07.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 425 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioners will mark their attendance at the Dulhin Bajar Police Station, Patna on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
