2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 317 (5) , 274, 275 of BNS and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment ) Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , 100 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle . Petitioner is alleged to be the driver of the said motorcycle who succeeded in fleeing away .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got 4 criminal antecedents similar nature .
