2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the fifth attempt of the petitioner to seek bail. On query of the Court with regard to stage of trial, it is fairly submitted that the evidence has been closed.

3. Since evidence has been closed and petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant of the deceased, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No.515 of 2022, arising out of Shri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No.88 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIX, Patna. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Sanjay/- U T
