Submission is that earlier application of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8408 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge and now charge has been framed on 27.03.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Satyendra Tiwari @ Satyendra Kumar Tiwari, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Vigilance Trap, Bihar, Patna in connection with Spl. Case No. 48 of 2017 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 114 of 2017.
