The inspection report for grant of recognition to Priyadarshini Nursing Institute, Beta Chowk, Lehariasarai, Darbhanga for stating B.Sc. Nursing Course has already been submitted before the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna on 23.09.2019 but the Government is not taking any action on the inspection report.
Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha, the learned counsel for the State submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to pass appropriate order
Patna High Court CWJC No.24780 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 with regard to recognition of the Institute for starting B.Sc. Nursing Course on the basis of the inspection report already submitted.
Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Director-inChief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna or any other competent authority to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of this order with regard to recognition of the Institute of the petitioner.
