The petitioner is in custody in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 for the offence under Section 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that he was seen in suspicious condition along with stolen Royal Enfield Motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-01BS-9119. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion he has been apprehended by the police. The petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23373 of 2018(3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 antecedent, he was arrested only on suspicion that he is involved in theft of the aforesaid motorcycle and he has remained in custody for nearly 4 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018.

Bailors shall be the family members.
