Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and that he is having fair criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the co-accused Krishna Prasad has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No.17207 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2017, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
