1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 registered under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The prosecution case in nutshell is that the petitioner in the capacity of Principal of Madhya Vidyalaya, Shivnagar, Dumariya, District- Gaya issued the report certifying date of birth of the accused Ravi Kumar in connection with G.R. No. 1367 / 2020 (Imamganj P.S. Case No. 147 / 2020), who was declared as juvenile and on verification it came to light that name of one Priti Kumari was mentioned at serial no. 02 in the admission register instead of Ravi Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87141 of 2025(3) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and during course of investigation the present Incharge Headmaster of the concern school has submitted report before the District Education Officer, Gaya that at the relevant point of time the petitioner was posted as the Principal of the school. The petitioner is a lady aged about 63 years and has already retired from service.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that the accused of G.R. No. 1367 of 2020 corresponding to Imamganj P.S. Case No. 147 of 2020 was declared juvenile on the basis of forgery made in the admission register, verification report regarding date of birth was issued alongwith various admission register were issued under the signature of the petitioner, name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation and prima facie material has been found against the petitioner and investigation in the matter is still going on accordingly I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
