2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for a direction to respondents to discharge their statutory obligation and pay the compensation of the land as per the market rate of Rs. Per 10,38,000/-per decimal to the petitioner on account of the acquired land of the petitioner

Jehanabad pertaining to Khata No. 706, 707, 708, Plot No. 675, 701,702, 672, area 209 decimal, which is under the commercial category for the purpose of widening of the road under Bharatmala Project for widening of National Highway- 119D, Amas-Ramagar four lane road by the competent authority, in the light of the letter no. 5361 dated 12.06.2020 issued by the Project Director, NHAI, Gaya Unit, Gaya;

(ii) any other relief or reliefs, to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be appearing before the Arbitrator for the redressal of his grievance.
