2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 69649 of 2021.

3. As per allegation, co-accused Sunil Kumar along with 15-20 persons came to the darvaza of the informant. They made the allegation against the informant that the informant was the person, who informed the police about the complicity of accused persons in business of illicit liquor. Thereafter, the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner badly assaulted the informant and his elder brother Jai Narayan Sah. Jai Narayan Sah died during the course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated this case. There is no specific allegation on the petitioner to assault the deceased. The allegation against him is general and omnibus.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any fresh ground for reconsideration of the earlier order dated 25.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 69649 of 2021.

6. Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous petition is rejected.
