2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application with a liberty to approach the learned court below for regular bail.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. If the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below, the same shall be considered on its own merits preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by the present withdrawal considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is not named in the FIR.
