The petitioner is accused in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the FIR that Amba P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 was instituted by the informant, Antish Gupta on 21.09.2019 against three unknown but in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Bhola Singh and Sonu Singh and thereafter, petitioner remanded in the present case on 05.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S.
