That this petition is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of writ(s) order(s) on direction(s) commanding and directing upon the concerned Respondents for payment of the Post retiral dues viz increment due since 24.3. 1989 upto retirement, time bond promotion due since 24.3.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5179 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 1989. ACP and MACP due first on 9.8.1999, second 2003 and third one is 2009 and the other benefits accrued after adding increment promotion and ACP and MACP as confidential benefits with statutory interest till the date of realization."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
