The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sasaram (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 for offences under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the petitioners and the informant are Gotias and on account of the land dispute, the petitioners have been roped in the present case. Considering the fact that the allegation is based on suspicion, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender
