The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having intercepted the motorcycle of the informant, whereafter they are stated to have snatched a sum of Rs.50,000/- and had also abused him.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81952 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 that on account of village politics the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and there is no injury report on record to suggest any sort of assault by the petitioners herein.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U T
