Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that 13 named and 3 unknown persons have been made accused in this case.
Learned counsel submits that other co-accused have been granted bail. The petitioners have surrendered before the court below on 14.10.2019.
The petitioners are in custody since 14.10.2019.
