2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No. 77/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had gone with the petitioner on her own.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.
