2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 61196 of 2019 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 01.10.2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to inadvertence, requisites were filed after expiry of the stipulated time granted by the Court, as mentioned in paragraph 5 of the restoration petition.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 61196 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
