2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 366A of the I.P.C. and later on, Sections 363, 376 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped minor daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim, in her deposition, has denied the factum of kidnapping and specifically stated that she, out of her own sweet will, went with this petitioner and solemnized marriage at Dashrathpur Shivalay Temple on 29.07.2024. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act-cum-District & Additional Sessions Judge - VI, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2024.
