2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6), 317(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with coaccused persons assaulted the informant with knife and snatched his golden locket, Rs. 5,000/- cash and two mobile sets and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89667 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. His name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar, who has been granted bail by the court below. The petitioner is under custody since 13.11.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 405 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
