2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 949 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife by strangulating her. The petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2021.

4. Three witnesses except the Doctor and the Investigating Officer of the case have been examined.

5. In view of the above, this application is dismissed.

6. The prosecution is directed to get the Investigating Officer and the Doctor examined at the earliest.
