2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner and other coaccused persons came with Bolero vehicle and took away the informant in the Bolero and after snatching the mobile and cash of Rs. 1700/- dropped the informant in the garden, fled away. Accordingly, the F.I.R.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2836 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 present case. His name has figured in the confessional statement of co-accused, Saurav Kumar except that there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner was at inimical terms with the co-accused, Saurav Kumar and it is the reason that he has been falsely implicated. The petitioner is under custody since 28.09.2024 and nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 776 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
