JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jalalgarh PS case no. 2 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the daughter of the informant and one dagger is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither there is any motive nor any material has come on record of the present case so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime, apart from the confessional statement of the petitioner herein. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh PS case no. 02 of 2018.
