2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 09.09.2024 in Cr.Misc.No. 32427 of 2024.

3. According to allegation, 51.900 kgs of ganja were recovered from the vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

4. The report of the learned trial court shows that the trial is proceeding with satisfactory pace and four witnesses, out of five, have been examined.

5. I do not see any fresh ground to re-consider my earlier order dated 09.09.2024 in Cr.Misc.No. 32427 of 2024.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
