2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2022, lodged on 17.08.2022 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 385, 386, 387, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is allegation that they have demanded ransom and, to exert pressure, fired a shot at the back of the informant's father causing him to sustain injuries.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that there is only general and omnibus allegation in the FIR. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent

Counsel further submits that three co-accused persons has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of the Court annexed as Annexure- P/3 series. Counsel further submits that the injuries are simple in nature, which is apparent from the Annexure- 2. Counsel also submits that the petitioner is ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed by the Court.

5. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is a specific allegation of ransom demand against the petitioner.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, after framing of charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2022, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
