The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 452 of 2019, registered for the offences under Section 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 333, 353, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the present case and there is general and omnibus allegations against them. It is contended by the petitioners that they have clean antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me an order dated 02.09.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.16043 of 2020, by which a coordinate Bench

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81931 of 2019(6) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 of this Court has granted anticipatory bail to some of the accused persons having general and omnibus allegations against them.

In these circumstances, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 452 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

However, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted provisionally and thereafter the Court below would verify and assure itself regarding the criminal antecedents of the petitioners. If they are having clean antecedents, then their bail bonds would be confirmed. If they are found to be involved in any other case before filing of this application i.e. 10.12.2019 then their bail bonds would be cancelled.
