2. The petition has been filed for the following

Patna High Court CWJC No.2676 of 2024(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/3 reliefs:- " i. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the responsible respondent authorities to consider and mutate the land of the petitioner appertaining to total area 251⁄2 decimal having Khata No. 116 (New), New Plot No. 6, Thana No. 315, Mauza-Mastalipur, Thana-Mufassil, under Manpur Circle Office, Gaya in the name of the petitioner by seeking parity among others and fix the rent for above mentioned piece of land, which has been purchased by the petitioner vide Sale Deed No. 6087 dated 09.04.2018 after giving full consideration amount.

ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the responsible respondent authorities to vacate the land of the petitioner, which has illegally and arbitrarily been encroached by the private respondents in connivance with the responsible respondent authorities specially the Circle Officer, Manpur, Gaya on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

iii.For issuance of any other order or orders for which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In this case on 16.05.2024, two weeks peremptory time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).
