Learned counsel for the petitioner submits his case is squarely covered by the judgment and order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.6377 of 2015 (Ram Prit Mahto vs. State of Bihar and Ors.) In such view of the matter, let the respondent authorities examine the case of the present petitioner vis-a-vis the case of the petitioner of Civil Appeal No.6377 of 2014 and if it is found that the facts, prayer and law of both the cases are

Patna High Court CWJC No.10160 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioner will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioner of Civil Appeal No.6377 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is clarified that this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
