That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the concerned respondent authorities for selection/ appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari sevika in ward no. 10, Anganwabi centre namely Pokhariya Ray Anganbari centre no. 263 under Gram Panchayat Raj Bhaisahi Pokhariya in Block Chanpatia, District- West Champaran where the petitioner has applied for appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2245 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 of Anganbari sevika and in the merit list prepared by the respondent authorities in which the name of the petitioner finds place at serial no. 2, however one Savita Kumari, whose name finds place at serial no. 1 in the aforesaid merit list her selection/appointment has already been cancelled by the respondent Child Development Programme Officer, Chanpatia vide letter No. 1144 dated 30.12.2022 in light of verification report of her Educational Certificate vide letter No. 1224 dated 23.12.2022 issued by Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Boare Patna that her educational certificate are forged and the same has not been issued by the aforesaid Board."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
