JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Having regard to the fact that the police has already submitted charge sheet against the petitioners and considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
