2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the girl in her statement made under Section 164 said that the she has eloped with the petitioner on her own and she has married to the petitioner.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023 (POCSO Case No. 41 of 2023).

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on the dates fixed for hearing.
