Petitioner is in custody in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.249 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.7.2019.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months under the Arms Act. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000 (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Balia P.S.
