The claim of the petitioner for being included in the panel of successful candidates and make her participate in the counseling has been allowed by the Presiding Officer of District Teachers Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari by order dated 21.11.2019. The grievance of the petitioner now is that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.24706 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 order is not being implemented.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 has submitted that against the aforesaid order of the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Motihari, appeal before the State Appellate Authority is in contemplation, for which limitation period has not yet expired.

This petition, therefore, appears to be premature. In case an appeal is filed, the petitioner shall have the opportunity of contesting such appeal and if ultimately the claim of the petitioner is vindicated, it is needless to state that such order would be required to be implemented.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
