The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) PS Case No. 250 of 2023, FIR dated 13.06.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner moved before this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 70870 of 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail, but the same was withdrawn vide order dated 07.11.2023. 4.

After withdrawal of the first bail application, the petitioner has again approached this Hon'ble Court for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5439 of 2024(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail. However, once the petitioner has withdrawn his anticipatory bail application, there is no occasion to entertain his second anticipatory bail application.

Hence, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Shahnawaz/- U T
