2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 468 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned APP however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the
