2. This writ application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner to give a direction to the respondent authorities, especially respondent no.5, to appoint the petitioner on a suitable government post on the compassionate ground.

3. In view of the prayer made in this writ application, in my view, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ application pending. Accordingly, this writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1050 of 2025(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no.5 annexing all the documents in support of his claim within two weeks and respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view of the matter if this order is not complied within the stipulated period.
